As a digital agency we find it extremely helpful to track and record our progress with clients as their demands can adjust daily.

In an ever changing environment online, with new technologies and strategies popping up, it’s vital to gain feedback from clients so you don’t fall behind and become stagnant.

Effectively – as marketers – our job is to communicate, so it’s vital we communicate with the people we communicate for!

We have compiled my list of useful questions for you to ask clients, which will help you to gather the info you need in order to achieve your best results.

How have we done?

Please provide a short answer for each question. It helps us help you.

Cross platform performance – our understanding of popular/current social media platforms. (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, snapchat, Pinterest etc). Where are our strengths/weaknesses?

Original content – The quality of original posts eg: post layout, shareable images and video.

Copy writing – How's our lingo? Do we deliver engaging content which helps to encourage sales, engagement & call to actions.

Relevant posting and sharing – Are the posts we re-tweet & share relevant to the brand and audience. Would you like to see more/less.

Quality of reports – do you receive all the info you need about our progress in a clear and easy to understand formats? How are our analytic/insights knowledge?

Response time – how fast do we act upon request? Are we easy to get hold of?

Overall performance – how could we improve?

We hope this helps. Why not ask your clients today, you might just learn something about yourselves.
