I have recently spent some time working with Concise – an audience engagement solutions company – providing iPads for delegates at conferences. At these conferences I occasionally picked up on some interesting facts/figures about social media & marketing that I found interesting.

On avg. 62% of customers want to contact businesses digitally. – 49% Email – 25% Web-form – 26% Social Media

The 3 rules to achieve custom – Attract / Connect / Engage. >Attract customers with ace websites and business presentation. >Connect through Social/Email/Call. >Engage effectively to keep them coming back.
On average, 77% of customers will check online reviews before they buy a product.
“Keep your employees happy, after all, your business is only as strong as the weakest link”.
“Everyone is spending more and more time on social media. The change is rapid and irreversible”.
E-commerce has made around $2.8 Trillion of sales this year & it’s growing by 15% per annum.
The word career originates from the French word carrière, which translates as road or racetrack.
